If you read my previous post you’ll know that this year I’ve decided to write up a bunch of Valentines Day posts, mostly surrounding the whole gift giving thing. In a ‘lil bit of a series, if thats what you wanna call it. The first post featured items ideal for her, that costs under fifty quid, but if you’re a girl reading this with a boyfriend that you love to spoil at any given gift giving chance (Christmas, Birthdays, all that jazz) then you’ll definitely relate to the whole going out of budget situation. That’s why I’m throwing that out of the window in todays post and doing an all rounder, luxury gift guide for that special man in your life.
Think, technology, fragrance gift sets for him, clothes and other bits of nicknacks. Just with no budget.
I know that Valentines Day is typically a special occasion where the man in the relationship treats his lady with flowers, chocolate and a meal out but in my opinion its a day for you to show your loved ones how much they mean to you, regardless of roles. Although Jonny has been away for a lot of Valentines over the years with his job (I touched on it in my previous post, here) I have still got presents whether it be a few weeks early or a few weeks late dependant of his current schedule. Gift giving is one of my favourite things to do so I don’t ever find myself not thinking about buying a present when the opportunity comes up. This post is in no way a representation of what I’ve got, or I’m going to get for Jonny this year but a little bit of inspiration from me to you if you’re stuck in a rut.

Valentines Day is usually such a red roses and a box of chocolates type of day but if you’re not like that and have somebody in your life that is into the finer things, then this gift guide is 100% for you. I would even be happy receiving some of the items above any time of the year… I have my eye on one or two things for my boyfriend’s birthday as well. I already own a Daniel Wellington watch, the customer service and the quality of their watches are incredible, they come highly recommended from my point of view and I think that anybody would be happy receiving a reliable yet stylish item to accessories their outfits with.
I also included two items that I gifted to Jonny this last Christmas – the Amazon Echo and the personalised key chain. The Amazon Echo brings so much entertainment to any household and is a wonderful speaker for everyday use, if its something you want as well, then why not kill two birds with one stone and gift it to the person you share your home with (*wink wink*). A cheap gift that makes quite the statement is the personalised leather key chain, you can pick absolutely anything to go on it such as your anniversary, a birthday or even a special message and again, is something that will put a smile on your loved ones face. Both are fantastic editions, especially if you live with the person you’re gifting too (and aren’t strictly valentines day or presents for just *him* either).
I’d love to know in the comments what gift ideas you have for Valentines Day this year and what you do to celebrate it.
Lots of Love, Debra-Bow xxx
